- Mission-
- Strategic Development: Lead the implementation and direction of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across all applicable locations, collaborating closely with finance, legal, and senior leadership for integration and compliance.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operations across programs, services, and sites, maintaining a focus on safe medication delivery and administration.
- Community Engagement: Stay attuned to community needs and tailor services accordingly, aligning efforts with our organizational mission and strategic objectives.
- Clinical Excellence: Supervise and coordinate clinical, distributive, financial, and administrative activities within the Pharmacy Department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
- Masters of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), MBA, or MHA required; or willing to obtain within 36 months of hire date.
- Pharmacist licensure in the State of Nebraska required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience (as a manager or director of pharmacy) required.
- Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
- Experience with 340B preferred.
