Business Ops Analyst


Pay:
Range $100-120k

Location:
Onsite Atlanta (4 days/week) with 1 day remote.

Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Business Ops Analyst You'll play a key role by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
As the primary liaison between HR, the technical team, and project management, you'll ensure smooth collaboration and project success
Your expertise in Workday Core and payroll processes will be vital in driving efficient solutions
We seek a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in building relationships and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications:
Associate's Degree and 5+ years of related experience
Proven experience with Workday Core Application and Payroll
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships

Important Additional Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Project management experience (a plus)
Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
