    The selected candidate will work at Store #702345 located at 2135 E. Victory Drive, Savannah, GA 31404. The position available is Part-time.

    This role plays a crucial part in the success of our retail stores. Store associates collaborate with wholesale and retail customers to assess their requirements, respond to queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for promptly addressing any customer issues, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining product quality and store visual standards. Achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales targets consistently are key responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service
    • Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products
    • Establish trustful relationships with wholesale and retail clients
    • Accurately process sales transactions following policies and procedures
    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
    • Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas
    • Handle stocking, display setup, and store equipment maintenance
    • Help with deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks
    • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable
    • Stay informed about products and suggest ways to enhance sales
    • Follow inventory control procedures

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
    • Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring any sponsorship
    • Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
    • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
    • High School diploma or GED
    • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
    • Prior experience in paint and paint-related sales
    • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
    • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
