    \t\tThrough leading innovations, we help farmers around the world meet the challenge of feeding a growing population and taking care of our planet. We are currently seeking an Admin and HSE Coordinator for the R&D Vegetables team in Nampa, ID. \r
    \t\r
    \t\tRole Purpose:

    The purpose of the Admin and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Coordinator role is to support the Operations team and site management in all administrative and HSE duties.

    \t\tAccountabilities \r
    \t\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tAssure compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to administration, HSE and payroll.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tResponsible to input data required to include new companies in the procurement system.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tResponsible for administering a safety and environmental program that supports Syngenta's HSE. policies, including safety meetings, safety investigations and coordinating safety training.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSet up and maintain HSE records as required by state and federal regulations.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSchedule and supervise health and environmental testing and perform risk analysis.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tCoordinate and supervise monthly pesticide reporting and implement automated systems for reporting.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tEffectively on-board new employees: provide new employee orientation and maintain employee records.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tEnsure all facility operating documents and permits are current and renewed on time.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tCoordinate and supervise office services, including mail, shipping logs, office equipment and supplies.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tResponsible for coding and entering of all accounts payable into SAP.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tManage records retention program.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tCoordinate CW safety meetings and record minutes and comments from crews and lead implementation of safer ways to work.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tKeep updated behavioral program records for the site.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tEffectively communicating on a daily base with peers and supervisor regarding the status of projects and work activities.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tRecord and analyze key metrics to support site management in business decision making processes.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSupport in implementation of proprietary systems to track working activities at the site. \r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tSupport contract working hiring across different agencies.\r
    \t\r
    \t\r

    \t\tKnowledge, experience & capabilities\r

    \t\t\tB.S. degree in business or related field preferred. Candidates with relevant comparable experience may be considered.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tWorking knowledge of accounting principles.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tStrong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tExcellent communication skills, in both English and Spanish.\r
    \t\r
    \t\r
    \t\tCritical knowledge\r
    \t\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tAbility to use MS Office and SAP.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tAdvanced Safety & Health Certificate (OSHA) required, or ability to obtain such certificate within 6 months after hire.\r

    \t\t\tMinimum of 3 years administrative experience.\r
    \t\t\r
    \t\t\tTechnical understanding of safety and environmental processes in an agricultural setting.\r

    \t\t\tStrong computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Sharepoint, smartsheets, PowerBi, etc)\r

    \t\t\r
