    Description


    Renewal by Andersen has an exciting Warehouse Associate opportunity in our Roseville location This Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials in assisting to fulfill requisitions and orders.

    The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of manual tasks while under general supervision.

    This position will require a valid driver's license and motor vehicle record check.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts, and enter into computer system
    • Stage materials for pick up or shipping.
    • Move materials on and off shelves.
    • Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts.
    • Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage.
    • Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools.
    • Help lifting large units as requested, pick up and deliver material when necessary.
    • Accept variable work schedules and tasks.
    • Deliver needed materials to job sites
    • May help with heavy lifting on installation job sites



    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
    • Knowledge of application and use of power tools.
    • Organizational skills, detail oriented.
    • Ability to physically lift up to 75 pounds.
    • Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
    • Basic math skills; legible writing.
    • Forklift operation certification required

    In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.

    Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
