Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Responsibilities
Lead a team of store managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver legendary customer service
Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and maximize profitability
Manage controllable expenses and monitor key performance indicators to drive business results
Conduct regular audits and facility inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
