Job summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing medium size programs and projects independently or specific section(s) of large complex projects from initiation to execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop schedules for project initiation planning control and closeout creating project plans gathering project requirements organizing all individuals involved creating task and action lists to hold all parties accountable measuring success monitor prepare analysis report on the status of efforts anticipating identifying risks that inhibit attainment of project goals Facilitate risk management reviews Conduct review meetings post-mortems discussions at end of each project milestones phases Determine objectives measures upon which project success is evaluated by facilitating gathering input from business technical stakeholders This includes building managing relationships with project stakeholders ensure satisfaction with project attainment return investment Effectively consistently communicate work progress internally externally throughout each project Travel distribution centers warehouses dispatch centers facilities conduct requirements coaching training activities based on project needs Complete other duties assigned Travel Required Yes up to 40% year
