- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to address students' speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to support students' communication development.
- Monitor students' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Possess a valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Delaware.
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be eligible for certification.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The position starts on June 27th, 2024.
- The schedule will be determined based on student needs and program requirements.
