Job Description

McCollum & Rounds, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Clerk to prepare standardized real estate documents such as Warranty Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, etc. This position works under the immediate supervision of an attorney and in coordination with office legal assistants. This is a full-time position (40hr/week).

We appreciate the work-life balance for our employees This job can be performed remotely, at the office, or a hybrid of both. Initial on-site training will be provided.

Initial compensation $25-30/hr. DOE. Employment and compensation advancement opportunities are available Health insurance is not offered. Simple IRA package available. Paid holidays. Paid time off.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have strong administrative skills;
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.);
• Attention to detail;
• Exceptional spelling and grammar;
• Friendly and professional demeanor is important; and
• A dog lover (we have an office pup).
