    • Strategic Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate operational reports, measuring effectiveness against strategic objectives.
    • Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture by motivating, mentoring, and retaining top talent with a strong focus on employee engagement.
    • Collaborate and Integrate: Build positive relationships across all levels of the organization, enhancing behavioral health services.
    • Safety First: Establish a safe, compliant working environment meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Requirements:

    • A professional license (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Virginia is required.
    • At least 3 years in a direct management role and 5+ years in community-based mental health services (or equivalent).
    • Supervisory experience in mental health field (3+ years preferred).
    • Must not be sanctioned under Medicaid or Medicare.
    • Compliance with RAHC credentialing and privileging requirements as per FTCA.
    • Direct experience in substance use disorder treatment (preferred)
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with hands-on practicum is required.
