    Responsibilities
    Follow up on

    sales leads

    generated from warm leads and other lead databases.
    Presents and explains insurance policy options

    based on client needs and personal goals.
    Maintains and enhances the company's relationships

    with existing clients by executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
    Expands/rounds our existing accounts

    by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
    Take payments, update client information,

    and

    issue insurance documentation.

    Requirements
    Current/active California Property and Casualty License.
    Prior insurance experience desired
    Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
    Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    Able to work independently within a collaborative team environment
    Solution-driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills
