Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Hospital – Cath Lab

Location: Columbia, MO

Schedule: Full-time, days 4x10 between Mon-Fri

Pay: Competitive based on experience, plus full benefits package

The Cath Lab RN is primarily responsible for the following duties:

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care
Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration; promote patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
Evaluate patient's response and modifies plan of care accordingly throughout the patient's stay.
Participate in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and in professional development and lifelong learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
RN license in MO/compact
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

-1 year of Critical care and/or Cath lab experience preferred
