    B&C Enterprises is a family-owned business that was started in 1995 by two brothers that developed a passion for construction trade with over 30 years of experience. You will play a vital role with your expertise in fabricating, erecting, and installing structural steel components in construction projects.     You will be responsible for managing the assembly and installation of structural steel components at construction sites. This involves coordinating the placement of steel beams, columns, and other elements according to precise engineering specifications and blueprints. Your expertise ensures that these components are securely positioned and aligned to form the framework of buildings, bridges, and other structures, laying the foundation for the entire construction project.

    You will be working with our team assembling pre-engineered steel buildings in Northern Il and Southern WI regions alongside our tradesman. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities that are vital for the successful completion of construction projects

    What it takes to succeed:?

    You need 3 years of experience working in the steel industry. You will need understanding of steel structures and experience with fabricating metal parts. You will need to have knowledge of construction risks and know how to mitigate them. Proficiency in the use of scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers are required. Understanding OSHA regulations is a plus.
