- Collaborates with and provides support to Talent Attraction Partners and hiring managers.
- Primary contact with candidates, Talent Attraction Partners and hiring managers as it relates to process, schedules, and logistics.
- Assists with travel arrangements and reimbursements for candidates.
- Assists Talent Attraction Partners in tabulating feedback data from candidate interviews.
- Coordinates all background work and assures all required paperwork is accurate and part of the personnel record.
- Pre-hire onboarding administration.
- Collaborates with Human Resource Coordinators, Hiring Managers, TA Partners, Corporate Services (facilities), and IT to ensure successful new hire onboarding.
- Sends out New Hire Announcements.
- Assists with New Employee Orientation and I-9 validation.
- Generates recruitment reports from Applicant Tracking System
- Constantly maintains an exceptional level of absolute confidentiality.
- Help set up Video interviews if required (must have some experience doing this)
- Also – at times the candidate might be required to arrange / pick up lunch from the cafeteria so should be willing to help with that
- Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of administrative experience required
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to positively and comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a very fast-paced environment with a focused attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work autonomously and independently at times
