    The Talent Attraction Coordinator provides support to the Global Engineering Recruiting Team. This support role includes – All interview scheduling, background check administration, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) job

    updates and analysis, and administrating onboarding paperwork. This position is an integral member of the team and is responsible for assuring the candidate experience is 5-STAR This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who wants to make an impact every day
    Essential Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with and provides support to Talent Attraction Partners and hiring managers.
    • Primary contact with candidates, Talent Attraction Partners and hiring managers as it relates to process, schedules, and logistics.
    • Assists with travel arrangements and reimbursements for candidates.
    • Assists Talent Attraction Partners in tabulating feedback data from candidate interviews.
    • Coordinates all background work and assures all required paperwork is accurate and part of the personnel record.
    • Pre-hire onboarding administration.
    • Collaborates with Human Resource Coordinators, Hiring Managers, TA Partners, Corporate Services (facilities), and IT to ensure successful new hire onboarding.
    • Sends out New Hire Announcements.
    • Assists with New Employee Orientation and I-9 validation.
    • Generates recruitment reports from Applicant Tracking System
    • Constantly maintains an exceptional level of absolute confidentiality.
    • Help set up Video interviews if required (must have some experience doing this)
    • Also – at times the candidate might be required to arrange / pick up lunch from the cafeteria so should be willing to help with that
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of administrative experience required
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly desirable
    • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to positively and comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a very fast-paced environment with a focused attention to detail
    • Able to work in a team environment
    • Able to work autonomously and independently at times
