    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a lab professional to assist the Director of Laboratory Services in overseeing and managing department(s) or program(s). Responsibilities include defining objectives, budgeting, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with other supervisors to uphold policies, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Conduct clinical testing and support staff as necessary.

    Job Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree OR MLT Associate Degree
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in laboratory medicine; Managerial experience preferred
    • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, familiarity with Microsoft Office and office equipment, knowledge of medical supplies and equipment
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certification in a laboratory discipline by ASCP or equivalent preferred
