- Job-relevant vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university
- 4-7 years of related work experience
- Drive varied infrastructure projects to success, from assessment and planning to
- implementation and documentation
- Manage Information Technology infrastructure within the organization, including the physical
- environment (e.g., WAN/LAN, servers, terminals), as well as server applications and software
- Perform integration, administration, and support of Office 365 & Azure Cloud technologies.
- Administer and maintain security of operating systems and software environments.
- Provide L3 support across infrastructure layer and enterprise systems
- PowerShell scripting knowledge is advantageous
- Focus on continuity of services. Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical
- business functions and minimize information loss in the event of a disaster
- Represent company internally and externally with industry groups,
- regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Ability to read and communicate in English fluently and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Has a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues
