Description
Position Description Serves as receptionist, oversees day-to-day office functions, and accomplishes general administrative support work including: producing documents, gathering data, and responding to data calls, disseminating and filing electronic or delivered mail, picking up/delivering guard mail, duplicating and/or routing documents, processing outgoing mail.
Uses copiers, scanners, computers, and administrative/office software programsPrepares, reviews, and edits standard correspondence, reports, and other technical documents, for grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and effective presentation of information
Organizes, disseminates, and maintains computer-stored information
Schedules and maintains electronic calendars for supervisors, conference rooms, and special events
Makes purchases below the micro-purchase threshold using the government purchase card
Prepares, processes, and advises employees on travel documents, including travel orders, travel vouchers, itineraries, visit requests/security clearances, and invitational and foreign travel requests
Minimum Salary 41,132 Maximum Salary 66,692
