    Job Responsibilities

    This position is located within the Insurance Reserve Fund Division.
    Under limited supervision, provides confidential administrative support to the Insurance Reserve Fund Claims Department staff in order to assist the Department in providing timely and accurate claims services. Organizes documents for claims examiners using the document management system to scan documents to the appropriate file. This position also reviews submissions for payment reimbursement relating to Second Injury Fund claim. By reviewing the SIF file, the newly submitted request for reimbursement and utilizing special medical fee schedule software, the employee determines the proper reimbursement. Must have the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail.
    Minimum and Additional Requirements

    A high school diploma and relevant clerical or claim processing experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience. Ability to lift boxes (20bs or lighter).
