Job Description

Need to have strong exp with Agile processes-writing user stories, prioritization, handling scope.
Started in Jan. existing team is not as familiar with agile process and user stories that are clear and concise, acceptance criteria.
Looking for partner with PO to work with BA's to help teach and coach on writing stories and partner with SM on strategy/plan
Already 3 BA's-sit with them and help them understand and break out user stories and track assignments.
Needs to have patience, mentor, teach and coach agile practices.
YOE Intermediate level minimum 3-10 years-really based on experience and what they have done in those years (Flexible...)
Lending Services-new platform stand up monitoring collateral tied to loans.
Some PM/Agile Coaching exp would be nice to have-not required.
Open to industry exp.
Using Jira, Confluence
