    STS Technical Services is hiring a Supply Management Analyst in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

    Position Summary:

    Product Development is a team sport and Harley-Davidson is looking for candidates to collaborate with Design Engineers Suppliers and other key stakeholders to bring new motorcycles to life thru Harley-Davidsons Product Development Processes. This role will be responsible for a portfolio of new parts supporting one or more new products in development. You will be driving on-time delivery while maintaining cost quality and supplier relationships representing H-D in Supplier discussions as well as representing the Supplier during internal H-D discussions.     Responsibilities:
    • Deliver Quality Cost and Timing ??? Lead negotiation with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on best value for H-D in support of the organizations goals.
    • Partner with Engineering and Supplier Quality counterparts to ensure actions are taken that match part level deliverables and APQP standards resulting in an approved PPAP.
    • Write Requests for Quotes Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders and SAP Part Contracts to support project procurement needs.
    • Project/Supplier Management ??? Manage and align supplier critical path plan to meet all project milestones.
    • Drive on-time component development with key stakeholders Engineering Quality Manufacturing Program Management advocating for supplier and Supply Management required lead times.
    • Responsible to escalate issues as they arise throughout the part development process.
    • Create and execute recovery plans as needed. bull Manage Stakeholder Requirements ??? Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholder requirements throughout all Product Development phases by using standard tools such as prints SOWs RFQs PRDs PPAP Checklists etc.
    • Key stakeholders include Suppliers Category Management Engineering Advanced Manufacturing Program Management Packaging Regulatory Functional Safety Quality Supply Chain and Logistics.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor???s Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience Required bull Self Starter / Sense of Urgency bull Project Management Experience see big picture plan drive results
    • Workplace Communication Skills Works effectively within a group and / or cross-functional team. Ability to assess the audience and communicate with a variety of stakeholder groups.
    • Uses all communication methods email Teams Jira conference calls phone calls appropriately.


    Preferred:
    • Experience with Product Development Processes and Tools SAP Microsoft Office Power BI Jira Windchill
    • Technical Acumen understand drawings technical specifications APQP Manufacturing processes
    • Knowledge of Supply Management / Procurement roles and responsibilities: Developmental Purchasing Category / Supply Base Management Supply Chain Management and Indirect Procurement Supporting skillsets: Organization Problem Solving Negotiation Time Management Risk Management know when to pull help chain FHPC Fair Honest Positive Creative Ability to Learn Quickly and Adapt
