- Robust 16 week paid residency: 12 week bedside nursing preceptorship with 4-5 week multidisciplinary rotation with opportunities in OR, Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Outpatient Procedure and ER
- Provide cutting edge Cardiac and medical surgical care with manageable nurse to patient ratios of 1 to 3-4
- Perform assessments, develop plans of care, implement and evaluate care
- Nurses are a member of a collaborative team to assure the safe and accurate delivery of care.
