    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary:

    As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing 3D models and conducting clash detection to ensure the efficient design and configuration of routing systems within semiconductor plant facilities. Your primary objective will be to create clash-free systems for the seamless integration of tools and equipment hookup, optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing potential conflicts.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    1. Convert 2D drawings to 3D models, ensuring clash-free and space requirements for subcontractor operations.
    2. Optimize 3D models and coordinate with subcontractors for the creation of shop drawings.
    3. Verify Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID) with 3D models to identify any divergences and revise the 3D models accordingly to ensure alignment.
    4. Conduct field checks for 3D models and construction to verify model accuracy.
    5. Collaborate with designers and engineers to revise designs in response to clashes or design changes issued by clients.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proficiency in Revit for both 3D design and 2D drawing tasks.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination.
    3. Demonstrated experience in training other Revit 3D Modelers and Coordinators.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    5. Organized and systematic when working on detailed tasks
    6. Strong leadership and team building skills
    7. Self-starter and motivator
    8. Possessed outstanding interpersonal skills
