Suitland, MD Clearance: TS/SCI Job Description Mission Essential is seeking a language enabled analyst to translate and perform dedicated discovery and collection against foreign language publicly available information (PAI).

The contractor shall perform translation, dedicated discovery, and collection against foreign-language PAI EDT of strategic significance.

The contractor shall focus specifically on S&T topics and associated document translation, as prioritized by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).

PAI may include academic papers, patents, blog posts, stand-alone graphics, conference/symposium materials and other information available on the internet.


REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrate the ability to read, understand, and translate scientific and technical lexicon.
• Maintain language proficiency scores that include at least a 2 . 0 in/on t he lnteragency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale for reading Chinese Mandarin language .
• Possess cle ar w r i tten and oral communication skills .
• Demonstrate a minimum of one ye ar familiarity wi t h t h e fo llow ing programs : o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Word o Microsoft Outlook o Microsoft PowerPoint o Graphics Processing Software (e.g . Paint, GIMP)
• TS/SCI Clearance #CJ
