    Position Summary

    The Intakes Specialist is tasked with receiving and assessing new potential clients, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, and evaluating incoming claims via phone. Collaborating with an assigned Intakes lawyer, this role facilitates scheduling for initial meetings. It's a sales-oriented position suited for a dynamic and motivated individual with a positive demeanor and adeptness at fostering relationships.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Develop and create relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information.
    • Effectively use sales tactics to close leads according to team goals and quotas
    • Maintains potential client logs per procedures in place.
    • Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
    • Handles all follow-ups with potentials clients, with persistence and patience for wanted leads.
    • Effectively explain fee agreements to clients
    • Works directly with intake attorneys to evaluate cases gather all additional information to potentially sign the case.
    • Make Determinations to sign or decline cases.
    • Assists with preparing new client representation packets.
    • Handles all rejections promptly, following processes in place.
    • Prepare new client files.
    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
    • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years related experience preferred.
    • Sales team experience preferred but not required.
    • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Energetic, hands-on, self-starter who can succeed with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication and phone skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent time management is a must.
    • Bilingual language Spanish a plus.
