Job summary
We are currently searching for a MDS Coordinator to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a MDS Coordinator you are instrumental in giving your team the knowledge they need to care for each resident's unique needs.Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Maple Manor Village by developing, monitoring, auditing, and modifying each resident's care plan for their individual needs and goals,
performing resident assessments and assisting in the discharge process.
