    Role Description:

    We are seeking a skilled attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a preference for candidates who also possess family law experience. As an Associate Attorney, you will be entrusted with handling all aspects of our clients' cases, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting thorough legal research, managing discovery processes, and representing clients at court hearings, mediations, and trials. This role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you to excel.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience in commercial litigation; experience in family law is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
    • Strong background in legal research and discovery procedures.
    • Ability to confidently represent clients in various legal proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
    • Excellent writing and language skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Self-starter mentality with the capacity to work autonomously and manage a sizable caseload effectively.
