    We are a fresh company Our team collectively has many years of experience in the field of
    Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) but Growing Minds Behavioral health was fully realized and
    formed just a couple short years ago. As such we are learning and growing and looking to add
    people to our team who are visionaries and truly want to be part of a something special
    because that is what we are creating.

    Have a voice where you work We believe that our RBTs are truly valuable members of our
    team and we take your opinions and feedback seriously. We mean it too. We have our
    employees complete anonymous surveys because lets be real- it can be hard to give your
    supervisor feedback face-to-face. We do our best to implement changes where we can based
    upon the feedback we receive

    Do you want to work somewhere where you can grow? We have a low turnover rate and
    many of our team members have been with us from the start As we grow we are creating
    innovative ways to increase opportunities for growth from within. Our team loves it here
    Know your coworkers Have you worked at other companies and found that you never meet
    other employees outside of your boss in real life? Weve all been there at that sucks We hold
    monthly in-person team meetings and regularly scheduled events so that we can build
    community within the organization.

    Provide play-based therapy Many companies say they provide play-based therapy but do
    you see it in action? Lets have fun while we work The kiddos love when their technicians
    arrive because we pair REALLY well with them by engaging them in activities based off of their
    own motivation.

    Wed love to tell you more about us and hear to all about you. Standard job requirements
    apply and we are always open to assisting the right candidate in becoming an RBT. We believe
    with the right training for a person who has a heart for helping others and is not afraid to get a
    little silly this can be a great fit

    Benefits
    Pay: Starting at $25 for RBTs; $20 for BTs
    Mileage between clients
    Medical Benefits

    Pay for last minute cancellations
    Paid monthly staff meetings

    Qualifications
    High school diploma or GED (must provide a copy)
    Own reliable transportation
    Verifiable car insurance
    Available Evenings until 7pm
    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    Behavior Technician (BT)

    Requirements
    Part-time with possibility to increase to Full-Time
    Evening hours from 3-7pm
    Spanish Speakers Highly Encouraged to Apply
