    About This Role

    We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded leader to serve as our Head of Brokerage, driving our mission to redefine the real estate industry. In this role, you will lead a talented team of Market Leads and Agents and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the way people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.     We have a documented equal pay policy, and do not negotiate on offers. To maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level and work location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The US based salary range for this position is $127,600 to $187,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Please note: We have two different compensation tiers depending on your location. The range displayed reflects the Tier 2 minimum and Tier 1 maximum new hire salary across all US locations. Your Recruiter will discuss the relevant compensation range during your initial screen.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for our Brokerage team, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
    • Lead a team of 3 full-time Market Leads and 50+ real estate agents, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to optimize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
    • Proactively analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and agent feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Own P&L and drive revenue growth through increased transactions and innovative hiring and onboarding of new real estate agents.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with our broader Growth and Operations team to improve customer experience and differentiate our offerings.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, developers, and industry associations.
    • Create recruiting and onboarding strategies to bring new agents into the brokerage, ensuring the Divvy Realty value proposition is strong and compelling to top producing agents

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven track record of success in real estate brokerage operations, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate market, transaction process, and regulatory environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Real estate broker license and relevant professional certifications are a plus.
