Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior ISSO to join our team in the Orlando, FL

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Information System Management from an ABET accredited institution or IA/CS technology field
• Ten (10) years of engineering experience with five (5) of those years in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity (IA/CS) experience.
• Ten (10) years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) DODI I.
• Ten (10) years of experience performing security control continuous monitoring, security audits, risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies for DoD information systems.
• Possess CISSP, GSLC or CISM DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Manager Level II in accordance with DOD 8570.0l-M

Preferred Qualifications:

• PerformingvulnerabilityassessmentsusingAssured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), the Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker, incorporating automated Benchmarks.
• Implementingoperatingsystemsandnetworkdevicessecurity configurationinaccordancewithDefenseInformationSystemsAgency(DISA)approved SecurityTechnicalImplementationGuides.
• Identifying Common Criteria and National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) certified technologies and the DISA Approved Products List (APL).
• PreparingcertificationlettersandMemorandaofAgreement (MoA) with system owners for interface and networking implementations.
• UsingtheJointSpecialAccessProgramImplementationGuide.

Possess DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Manager LevelII Security Clearance Requirements:

• U.S

Top Secret Security Clearance required
In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
• Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
• Move about freely in an office / laboratory setting
