• Ensure that the proper inventory is on hand to meet production's needs.
• That materials are staged for shipment.
• That all materials are property received and placed into inventory, and that all completed orders are property shipped to the customer daily
• Ensures that the warehouse clean, neat and safe, all pallets and partials are organized
• Ensures all department workers report to work on time
• Property attired and wearing required safety equipment
• Keeps warehouse. keeps warehouse employees safe and inspects their progress throughout the day. works with Purchasing to ensure materials are properly received, and with the Productions Manager to ensure that inventory on hand when needed and property organized.
• Ensures that shipping/ receiving tools, equipment, materials and supplies are properly maintained.

• Coordinating inventory requirements and procurement details
• Reporting inventory excesses, returns and damages. meeting the goals and objectives for the department
• Scheduling work to be completed on a day-to day basis; maintaining budget, quality, safety and customer service standards for the department; leading, training, managing, disciplining, recognizing and evaluating coworkers.
• The warehouse/shipping/receiving manager also performs general warehouse yard storage duties as needed, such as stocking, recording, packing, unpacking, cleaning, recordkeeping, ensuring stocked items are not defective, damaged, etc. and completes all department tasks under budget and to the company's time, quality, and safety standards.
• Meets periodically with the Operations Manager and management team to discuss warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving issues effecting the operations.
• This role includes but no limited to meeting new customers, help develop logistic software, purchase shipping items, coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory, work with manufacturing of products, look at the bottom line to review for saving, hire and manage shipping personnel.
• Information technology skills: SAP manufacturing software and the outsourcing of software
