- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, especially OUD, and addiction treatment modalities, ASAM and common DSM diagnosis of SUD.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as WA DOH-certified SUDP, at least 1 year training SUDP Trainees; additional credential in mental health counseling helpful but not required.
- Meet the qualifications established by WA Dept. of Health for an Approved Clinical Supervisor for SUDP Trainees.
- Desire to learn and grow in an integrated SUD treatment environment.
- Able to maintain calm demeanor through emotional situations, strong boundaries and mature emotional health.

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for developing and supervising staff providing SUD group education and counseling, patient treatment reviews, and case management.
This role will include reviewing utilization management reviews for complete information and training SUD counselors and trainees on compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
This position will report to the Outpatient Program Manager and is a key leader in the clinical team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
