    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin in Arlington, TX to support the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Program Manufacturing Engineering team.

    This role focuses on PAC-3 MSE Make/Buys, MESOWs, BOEs, and leading proposal efforts.



    Basic Qualifications:
    • Security Clearance eligibility
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    • Proposal experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
    • Process Improvement experience
    • Ability to analyze and resolve technical process issues

    Desired Skills:
    • PAC-3 experience
    • Data Analytics for process optimization
    • Experience with Manufacturing Build Sequences
    • Knowledge of complex missile subassemblies and Bill of Materials

    Security Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship is a must for consideration due to the need for a government security clearance.


    Work Schedule: This is a Part-time role with the option for remote work. The selected candidate will work partly at a Lockheed Martin facility and partly remotely. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.


    Remote Work: Part-time remote work is available, offering flexibility to employees.


    Alternate Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin offers various work schedules including condensed options that provide extra time off in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.


    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days with 3 days off per week.
