Our client is looking to hire Associate Director, MPP Operations to accomplish planning, organizing, directing and controlling all of the Client's mortgage asset purchases from Members.

Candidate would serve as a liaison with customers, vendors, and other departments while participating in strategic planning for the MPP and is responsible for the implementation of approved plans.

Serves as key contact for internal and external communications relating to the strategic plan implementation.
Responsible for achieving targets for implementation timelines and developing written policies, procedures, and systems to complete implementation.

Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with a major in finance, accounting or a business-related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience working in or directly with a financial institution, preferably in mortgage lending and/or secondary marketing.

Ability to work well with others including all management levels, customers, and vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to establish priorities, organize workflow, and complete assigned projects with a sense of urgency.
Must not have been convicted of any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security.
Ability to work full time.
Ability to uphold and model the Client's Guiding Principles.
