This Jobot Job is hosted by: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including journal entries, monthly balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing annual financial statements, accruals, and quarterly audits.

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and identify and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders
Participate in quarterly audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Provide support to other members of the Finance team as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant role or similar position
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with journal entries, monthly balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation
