Position Schedule: Consistent scheduling during peak months
- Tuesdays: Double Shift (10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
- Wednesday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Mondays & Sundays: Off (except Memorial Day, Father's Day, & Labor Day)
Job Overview
Mountain Ridge Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Busser/Server Assistants to join our team As a vital part of our dining experience, you will help ensure that our Members and their guests receive exceptional service. No more than 6 months of experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Support food service operations by delivering beverages and food items efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Help with setup and breakdown of catering events or special functions as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards within the restaurant or hospitality setting
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries or requests, ensuring a positive experience at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing procedures, and food handling practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests effectively
- Experience in hotel or food industry environments can be beneficial, but is not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting is necessary
