    Senior Litigation Paralegal

    Leading regional law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 7-10 years of civil litigation experience for their Denver office.

    The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of case management and possess strong legal technology skills. Environmental litigation experience is highly valued.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage cases from inception through trial, ensuring timely completion and effective strategy execution.
    • Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of documents produced during discovery, facilitating efficient case progression.
    • Propound and respond to discovery requests, notice depositions, and perform similar tasks as required.
    • Draft summaries and prepare document productions to support the case.
    • Docketing and calendaring deadlines to maintain a smooth workflow.
    • E-file in state and federal courts, adhering to relevant regulations.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies, leveraging collective expertise.
    • Research case-related matters and case law to inform decision-making.
    • Create privilege logs and prepare trial exhibits to present compelling evidence.
    • Assist attorneys at hearings and trials, providing essential support.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years of complex litigation experience as a paralegal.
    • Accredited Paralegal Certificate or degree in paralegal studies is mandatory.
    • Environmental litigation experience is highly desirable.
    • Strong legal technology skills are essential.
    • Applicants must currently reside in the Denver metro area.
    • Must be willing to commute daily to the firm's office in downtown Denver.
