Our growing team is looking for commercial HVAC service technicians with experience in Commercial Service This is an ideal opportunity for a commercial HVAC service technician to join a team that is dedicated to enriching the lives of their team, their customers and the communities they serve Responsibilities and Expectations: Be an outgoing friendly and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their HVAC problems whether it is maintenance risks or diagnosing electrical mechanical faults Work on a wide range of Commercial equipment giving you the chance to diagnose troubleshoot repair maintain systems including air conditioning systems fan coils air handling units chillers boilers pumps cooling towers Makeup Air Units ERVs WSHPs HVAC Control Systems Refrigeration Equipment exhaust systems Provide business owners or maintenance managers with honest fact-based opinions to help them make informed decisions Proactively identify fix small problems before they turn into bigger more expensive repairs Work under minimum supervision while also being part of a supportive team Prioritize safety observing all safety regulations be familiar with OSHA EPA requirements Provide guidance share your expertise with those new to the trade Maintain mindfulness clear communication Take pride in completing all jobs paperwork neatly accurately thoroughly on time Requirements 2-5 years of Commercial HVAC service experience REQUIRED EPA Certification is REQUIRED RI Journeyman Refrigeration license is REQUIRED Associate degree A.A from two-year college technical school beneficial but not required Strong drive do job right first time pride work Commitment lifelong learning growth trade Valid current driver's license insurable driving record Proficiency technology working iPad professional email communication What We Can Do For You Competitive Compensation $35 - $55/hour plus spiffs Stable work environment where growth encouraged supported Continuous extensive training development opportunities Medical dental vision insurance Long-term disability short-term disability company-paid life insurance 401K plan company match PTO paid holidays Company Provided vehicle gas card uniform phone tablet Yearly Tool Allowance The compensation for this position expected range between $$55.00 per hour This range good-faith estimate based qualifications necessary position including experience training other considerations permitted by law Factors used making offer may include candidate's skills experience expected quality quantity work internal pay alignment as needed We equal opportunity employer qualified applicants will receive consideration employment regard race color religion sex national origin disability status protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity any other characteristic protected by law Employee(s) will be required follow any other job-related instructions perform any other job-related duties requested person authorized give instructions assignments
