Starting at $66,000-$72,000 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Do:

Create, implement, and enhance a wide array of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collaborate with families and professionals to customize ABA programs to meet the unique needs of clients
Oversee direct care personnel (e.g., behavior therapists) and travel between clients
Assess and revise client progress reports using cutting-edge data collection software
Contribute to organizational enhancements through OBM practices

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Holder of a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Demonstrated track record in crafting and executing client programs (preferably in ABA)
Enthusiastic individuals who excel at coaching, overseeing, and assisting novice care staff
Successful completion of a background check, TB test, and vaccination requirements for MMR/VZV
