    Description

    Join Our Team as a Workforce Advancement Data Entry Specialist!

    Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with data? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Workforce Advancement Data Entry Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in inputting and maintaining accurate data in our client tracking database systems to support grant and performance metrics. You may also have the opportunity to assist in training new staff members and working on special projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Input client data accurately and efficiently into designated databases.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
    • Build positive relationships within the organization and collaborate with different departments when necessary.
    • Provide training to new staff on operational procedures and grant-related tasks.
    • Contribute to special projects as assigned by leadership.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
