    Role Summary/Purpose:

    US Retirement Lead Analyst will provide analytical and operational support in the implementation of US Retirement Plan policies and strategies for GE Vernova Corporate.

    This role collaborates with People Operations, Human Resources team members and business leaders to execute innovative, yet pragmatic, solutions for our US employees.

    It is also important for this role to partner with Legal, Finance and external advisors and vendors to maintain compliance of our retirement plans.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    Reporting to the Executive US Retirement Plans, you will oversee opportunities and create solutions in the following areas of US Retirement Benefits:

    • Act as the subject matter expert providing guidance on qualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans
    • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including Legal, Communications, outsourced administration partners, People Ops and TR leadership to deliver retirement benefits education, analysis and guidance to People Leaders and Employees
    • Partner closely with HR Business Partners on both operations and strategic decisions within their organizations as it relates to hiring, promotion, retirement,business dispositions, etc
    • Develop and enhance total rewards reporting, analytics, and insight, through the provision of high quality and accurate data
    • Conduct data analysis in preparation for union negotiations or other related requests
    • Track and analyze retirement plancost and partner with People Ops to evaluate quality of vendor services
    • Support the continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices
    • Partner with TR leadership to conduct analysis of market trends, impact of legislation or regulations to maintain attractive, cost-efficient and compliant retirement benefit programs
    • Analyze participant claims and appeals process including coordination with People Operations and administration vendors to research historical data and communication of results
    • Participate in strategic projects and participate in cross-functional HR projects
    • Work on compliance projects and government filings for corporate and/or affiliate sponsored plans


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience withretirement benefits
    • Operational experience in an HR,Total Rewards, or Finance related rolewith functional knowledge of employee benefits concepts, systems, and administration
    • Prior experience with complex analytical analyses/projects

    • Analytical ability to transform data and trends into insights and strategies with keen attention to detail
    • Knowledge of GE Retirement Benefits and practices, including historical knowledge of plan administration, and interaction of retirement plans and other benefits programs
    • Demonstrated ability to work with teams to analyze and resolve problems
    • An agile learner and continuous improvement mindset, high proficiency in Excel,PowerPoint and Word, Smartsheet
    • Familiarity with LEAN processes and continuous improvement methods

    The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.

    In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus._
