The Vision Center Manager L3 is responsible for driving sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing proper signing and instock and inventory levels budgeting and forecasting sales and assessing economic trends and community needs.Ensures compliance with Company policies procedures regulations reports implementing monitoring asset protection safety controls overseeing operational quality assurance reviews developing action plans improving performance directing Associates confidentiality information documentation records
