    Position Title: Implementation Solution Consultant

    Location: Remote (preference for Central and Eastern Time Zones)

    The Implementation Solution Consultant is a Services role within the Customer Success (CS) function at Quadient, providing the foundation for new clients transferred from Sales into CS, to go through their implementation journey to be trained on how to use, integrate, configure, adopt and launch the AR platform.


    Acting as the day to day contact during the project, the role covers the implementation process from Project Kick-Off to Launch/Handover, during which the target solutioning is achieved through a consultative engagement process that blends both client's operational use cases and/or an understanding of their Collections, Payments, Credit, Dispute Business Process, in which the AR Platform will be used.

    In addition, you will collaborate with other Quadient Resources such as Sales, Product, Engineering, Integration Specialists and CSMs as well as external Partners to help our clients succeed and realize value with the platform

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will be assigned to juggle multiple/several AR projects at a time. As the Solution Consultant assignee, you will use the incoming Statement of Work, Order or Contract paperwork to plan the client implementation until completion, involving other resources as and when appropriate
    • Create the required cadence to advise, train, engage and recommend to the client stakeholders/users the best possible outcome(s) to help with their Product adoption and usage
    • Support the Client (Business and IT) in AR data integration discussions, and resolve data reconciliation/discrepancies (post data integration into YayPay), depending on the issue(s) discovered
    • Interact with YayPay's target Payment Processor Partners to help our clients configure the platform, then train and support the testing of payments attempted through the platform integrated with the designated Processor, which may include an integration to the client's ERP/Business System also
    • Experience to navigate and mediate conflict during discussions
    • Review and track plans so as to prepare and help clients understand dependencies and to focus on what is required of them in the project
    • Identify implementation risks and work with internal Leaders and teams to execute on Risk Mitigation plans, as part of providing project updates/progress
    • Maintain accurate notes and records in Quadient's CRM system, including
      Time utilization (effort)
    • Introduce and Hand clients over to the next set of responsible parties such as Quadient's Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, and Support Teams

    Other Responsibilities

    • Be a client advocate to bridge discussions between use cases/business process and the desired platform functionality so as to conceptualize and crystalize appropriate feature enhancements during the project between clients, Product and/or Engineering groups needed to groom these ideas/feedback
    • Contribute to other internal Quadient process improvement initiatives (e.g. Improvement that supports the CS team's efficiency & effectiveness)
    • Provide advisory support to Quadient Sales Team on Product-related functionality during Pre-Sales/Sales
    • Could be called upon to partner with CSM and/or Support to handle post project queries or specific Training requests from clients

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance and/or Information Systems
    • At least 4-5 years in a similar Implementation role or from a Process/Systems Consulting background engaging with different client levels/stakeholders
    • Knowledge and Experience in ERP implementations / applications, such as NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, Workday, SAP etc. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
    • Understanding of system integration concepts and/or experience with csv file imports or API-based integration is a plus
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
    • Understanding of Finance Business processes in areas such as Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, or the broader Order-to-Cash process
    • Good organizational, presentation and communication skills in both verbal and written
    • Enthusiastic and Passionate to drive business value for clients, and the ability to show empathy to view problems from the client's perspective
    • Ability to multi-task several projects concurrently as well as to prioritize and stay organized/focused with competing demands at times
    • Ability to work in a team and also contribute individually and independently
    • Comfortable interacting with multiple client and internal resource groups virtually in different locations and at different levels of seniority

    This position has a salary range of:

    $82, $127,800.00

    Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus.
