    As Senior Manager of Driver Relations & Compliance , you will manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the driver services team to include onboarding, training, safety, compliance, and internal/external driver relations within our nationwide fleet logistics service line.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, travel as needed.

    May be required to work evenings and weekends depending on business needs.

    Pay : $85,000 - $95,000 a year.

    What will you be doing?

  • Manage and develop relationships with the drivers.
  • Maintain the fleet to increase overall driver productivity and retention.
  • Ensures equipment meets and/or exceeds company and DOT safety standards.
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure safety and compliance with company policy.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive customer, driver, and carrier relations.
  • Track and record driver performance from dispatch to delivery.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.

    • What are we looking for?

  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Must have five to ten years of experience in Federal DOT and compliance laws for all commercial vehicles in the US and Canada.
  • Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership and manage an efficient operation.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • General project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience working with transportation software is a plus.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
