- Manage and develop relationships with the drivers.
- Maintain the fleet to increase overall driver productivity and retention.
- Ensures equipment meets and/or exceeds company and DOT safety standards.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure safety and compliance with company policy.
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain positive customer, driver, and carrier relations.
- Track and record driver performance from dispatch to delivery.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Must have five to ten years of experience in Federal DOT and compliance laws for all commercial vehicles in the US and Canada.
- Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and manage an efficient operation.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General project management skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with transportation software is a plus.

As Senior Manager of Driver Relations & Compliance , you will manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the driver services team to include onboarding, training, safety, compliance, and internal/external driver relations within our nationwide fleet logistics service line.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, travel as needed.
May be required to work evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
Pay : $85,000 - $95,000 a year.
