    The Role

    The Solutions Manager will focus on DEVELON articulated dump trucks (ADT) and extra-large frame construction equipment.

    This role serves as a product expert while also being consultative in nature to address customer needs with large construction equipment.

    • Provide demo support and technical assistance as needed during the sales process.
    • Assist with machine configuration to meet customer requirements.

    Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) Collection

    Gather insights from customers (voice of customer) and dealers (voice of dealer) to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.

    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

    • Analyze market data and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats.

    Product Training and Support

    Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs to dealer sales professionals.

    Work closely with the Marketing team to develop product collateral, sales materials, and messaging.

    • Support marketing campaigns and product launches with relevant content and information.

    Metrics and Performance

    Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and market share.

    Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in product management or related field within the heavy construction machinery industry with an OEM preferred.
    • Experience with mining operations or similar and with customers with large machinery fleets preferred.

    Competitive Salary and Benefits

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year
