    Structure for Success has partnered The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA), a Phoenix based non-profit organization, who is seeking an experienced Program and Marketing Coordinator to expand their team.


    Founded over 60 years ago, NASCLA is an organization whose purpose is to promote best practices and license uniformity for agencies that regulate the construction industry.

    NASCLA is a vital resource for its members and the contracting community.


    NASCLA's programs and marketing coordinator will coordinate a seamless execution of a diverse range of programs, conferences, meetings, and educational initiatives.

    This role will be meticulous in their support planning, coordinating, and executing of NASCLA's events and event registrations.

    This coordinator will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills in everything they do.

    You will assist in pre-planning, on-site execution, and post event wrap up activities.

    This is the perfect job for someone who is looking to use their social media marketing skills, can meet deadlines with ease, and thrives under pressure.

    This is NOT a remote position.

    If you have these qualifications this position is for you:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of program and events experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • Ability to adapt with changing priorities and tasks
    • Self-Motivated and high-level of attention to detail
    • Organization skills a must
    • Experience in social media marketing, Eblasts, and webinar campaigns
    • Tenacious and unafraid of hard work
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong collaboration experience and aptitude
    • Experience with working on a team
    • Event planning experience
    • Experience with web and mobile technologies
    • Solid computer skills to include Adobe Illustrator, Smartsheet, Canva, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite among others
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to travel as needed and attend conference and events in person.
