• Reviews and analyzes home equity loan applications and supporting documentation; verifies the accuracy and integrity of all data entered on the application and that supporting documentation meets standards set by SCCU.
• Ensures all loan stipulations are satisfied per established expectations and that files are compliant with SCCU, NCUA, RESPA, and REG Z requirements prior to loan closing
• Assesses member needs timely and efficiently and reports the results to the inquiring party to develop and sustain a profitable member relationship.
• Consistently demonstrates a courteous, tactful and professional approach in dealing with members and internal customers in accordance with established standards. Demonstrates concern and respect for others in all interactions, effectively communicating with internal and external members face-to-face, electronically and over the phone.
• Provides timely response to all inquiries from members, branches, and internal/external partners; providing prompt responses via phone, email or other communication channel as necessary.
• Prepares corrections as needed in order to provide branch and member support and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Adheres to established productivity and loan quality standards to meet established service level agreements.
• Supports the sales and service efforts of all staff by providing the member with appropriate product and service materials to enhance the overall SCCU cooperative/member relationship

• Associate's Degree or completion of specialized course study or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years prior processing experience in consumer loan products or mortgage loan processing experience, closer, or underwriter with an emphasis on conventional loan products.

• Must be available Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and rotating Saturdays.
