- Analyze incoming data from sources and provide detailed reports to case teams.
- Reviewing and outlining depositions, indexes, and summarizing documents.
- Perform a variety of automated support tasks necessary to prepare, organize, index, develop and manage exhibits, evidence and data relevant to cases.
- Use state and federal electronic filing systems.
- Collect case materials such as evidence, exhibits, motions and subpoenas.
- Render technical and analytical assistance to support attorney litigation needs, including document review (Relativity), research into case law, drafting of motions and proposed orders and electronic filing.
- Consult with attorneys and case teams to establish workflows supporting efficient document reviews.
- Assist litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate investigatory or litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation.
- Analyze work product and create document productions using database platforms and performing quality control reviews and revising or improving documents where appropriate.
- Track, store, and organize data in accordance with proper chain of custody protocols.
- Track data, create graphs and complete calculations using Microsoft Excel.
- Apply basic knowledge of civil and criminal procedures, court requirements, and district practices to implement applications needed for criminal cases and matters.
- Assist attorney team in preparation for and all procedures of trial.
