Prestigious law firm in Los Angeles seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team The firm is seeking a candidate with a bachelor's degree, ABA approved paralegal certification, previous experience from and AmLaw 100 or 200 firm and strong litigation experience, preferrable in enviornmental law.

• Analyze incoming data from sources and provide detailed reports to case teams.
• Reviewing and outlining depositions, indexes, and summarizing documents.
• Perform a variety of automated support tasks necessary to prepare, organize, index, develop and manage exhibits, evidence and data relevant to cases.
• Use state and federal electronic filing systems.
• Collect case materials such as evidence, exhibits, motions and subpoenas.
• Render technical and analytical assistance to support attorney litigation needs, including document review (Relativity), research into case law, drafting of motions and proposed orders and electronic filing.
• Consult with attorneys and case teams to establish workflows supporting efficient document reviews.
• Assist litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate investigatory or litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation.
• Analyze work product and create document productions using database platforms and performing quality control reviews and revising or improving documents where appropriate.
• Track, store, and organize data in accordance with proper chain of custody protocols.
• Track data, create graphs and complete calculations using Microsoft Excel.
• Apply basic knowledge of civil and criminal procedures, court requirements, and district practices to implement applications needed for criminal cases and matters.
• Assist attorney team in preparation for and all procedures of trial.
