- Approaches all guest encounters utilizing high Customer Service standards
- Vacuums, sweeps, mops, and cleans various surfaces in guest rooms and common areas
- Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture, mirrors, curtains, and other room fixtures
- Prepares beds, cleans restrooms, and restocks amenities
- Removes trash, handles laundry processing, and assists with inventory
- Accepts responsibility for maintaining room keys and following procedures
- Attends required training sessions and maintains cleanliness of laundry machinery
- Effectively manages time to meet cleaning schedule and reports any damages promptly
- Maintains guest confidentiality and performs additional duties as needed
- Reports room damage promptly to the supervisor
