    Description

    Purpose:


    Project Engineer partners with project management team and superintendent with the day-to-day management of construction activities for designated projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Preparation and coordination of

    Maintain submittal log and timely receipt/review of submittals and shop

    Maintain RFI log; provide timely responses to project

    Track production on self-performed work; coordinate with team to ensure production goals are being met.

    Measuring in-place quantities for unit price

    Assists in preparing project status reports; attend/participate in project status meetings; assists in development of meeting minutes.

    Assist with project-close out

    Maintain as-built

    Develops warranty/O&M

    Assists with any estimating activities as

    Assists with updating the project

    Attend weekly progress

    Perform additional assignments as


    Qualifications/Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

    Three to five years' experience in commercial construction; preferably heavy

    Relevant experience supporting $10+ million projects from conception through

    Ability to read and interpret

    Experience with highway/roadway is

    A high degree of

    Effective interpersonal
