Taylor Machine Works is part of the Taylor Group of Companies, a family-owned business since 1927. We are currently looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our assembly processes. Job Description:

Provide leadership and oversight for assembly processes
Collaborate with other Production Managers to optimize efficiency
Develop production schedules and manage inventory
Supervise assembly line Supervisors and manufacturing personnel
Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
Utilize ERP systems for data management and decision-making
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators and report to management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
5-10 years of manufacturing experience
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and lean manufacturing
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Reporting Relationship: The Production Manager will report to the Director of Operations.
